Arabian Nights began as a dream come true to be able to be part of this Hallmark community and to be able to give back to the community that has given me 100% support in the restoration of the Historic Landmark The Lucas Walter House built circa 1906, arabian Nights stands as one of Wellsburg's most diatinguished historic residences.

Designed during the era of craftsmanship and detail, the home retains many of its original architectural features-intricate woodwork, grand staircase, high ceilings and perior details that simply cannot be replicated today.

The property sat untouched for many years, preserving its historic character but requiring a complete modernization. When I acquired the home, I took on the restoration as a labor of Love, working room by room to onor the home's originaly charmwhile bringing it fully into modern era. Every major systen-electrical, plumbing, structural updates, bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces- has been thoughtfully rebuilt for today's living standards

The goal was simple: restore the elegance, preserve the character, and create a space that feels both timeless and beautifully livable.​

From day one, the vision for Arabian Nights was guidedd by respect for the home's heritage. Instead of replacing historic elements, I chose to revive what I could save: from restoring original hardwood doors, trim, refinishing the millwork, maintaining period fixtures where possible, and keeping the architectural lines that give the house its soul.

Alongside this preservation came full monderization-updated electrical and plumbing, newly designed bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, expanded living spaces and improvements throughout the three finished levels and full basement. No corners were cut. No detail overlooked.

Arabian Nights is a Boutique Inn Air B n B style and hosting catering for small  gatherings.

​Arabian Nights is situated along the Ohio River in Wellsburg historic district, Arabian Nights offers a rare balance: a serene, small-town setting with quick access to Pittsburgh Pa, Washington Pa, Wheeling WV great dining, and major shopping - all within 20-45 minutes.

The district is lined with beautifully preserved homes, tree-shaded streets, and a rich architectural history. It's a peacful, scenic place to live or to operate as a boutique travel destination.

We have access to the river for fishing, kayaking canoeing or boating. We have by far the best view of the Ohio River is right here in Wellsburg WV. There is no place like this place right on the river. We have two rooms with balconys and one room that is handicap friendly with bars in shower, around toilet and a handicap lift that goes from first floor to second along with a ramp to side door to enter on first floor. You can also enjoy private time watching the barges and ducks having coffee or beverage of choice, just enjoy sitting on the front or back porch.
